Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Homeowners may post projects; contractors may bid only after an administrator approves their account.

Projects and bids

Posting a project and collecting bids is free for homeowners. Contractors submit one bid per project. Awarding a job is a private agreement between the homeowner and the contractor.

Conduct

Do not post unlawful, misleading or abusive content. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
